If you want to use one receiving number for two or more voting/surveys, you should use a prefix to mark to which voting/survey the answer shall be attached. Prefixes have to be added at the beginning of each answer and all possible answers should be correctly defined, e.g.: for the "M1" prefix and the answer "YES", the system will accept messages with the following content: "M1.YES" or "M1 YES". You can add an unlimited number of answers and all the undefined answers will be marked as "others".
After conducting a vote in the SMSAPI.com Customer Portal, you can download a detailed report containing the exact number of responses and percentages (e.g. Answer YES – 75%, Answer NO – 25%).
